The great and the meh

The staff was really helpful and ensured we had a pleasant stay. The room featured a refrigerator and comfortable bed, making for a decent experience overall.

The cleanliness was questionable, especially in the bathroom. Additionally, the breakfast choices were minimal, failing to meet expectations.

Improve room cleanliness standards!!! Tackle the grease on the floors and replace the makeshift screws holding up the blinds!!! This attention to detail would elevate the overall experience significantly!!!

The staff was friendly and welcoming.

I expected a comfortable stay, but it was anything but. The room felt hot and had a strong, unpleasant odor that made me uneasy. The sheets had burn holes, and the air conditioning didn’t work at all, which was incredibly disappointing after a long drive. They also charged me twice for the key deposit, which felt like an unnecessary burden on top of everything else.

I really enjoyed how easy it was to walk to Hamburger Heaven, which was just steps away, and be able to explore the beautiful Vulcan Park and Museum that was around 4 km away, perfect for a relaxing afternoon stroll. the room I stayed in had a nice air conditioning unit that worked really well, making those warm Birmingham days more comfortable for my weekend getaway.

the room was dirty with roaches , but the lobby was clean and the tv worked great. the bed was comfortable and the heat was perfect for the winter night.

I stayed with my family for 2 nights in a Queen Room. The check-in staff was friendly. However, we faced issues with cleanliness and room safety. The breakfast options were limited. Better room upkeep would significantly enhance the experience. Choose a room well away from adjoining doors for safety.
